Bone Suckin’® Beef Brisket

Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning, ¼ cup or to taste
  • Brisket, 3 to 4 lbs.
  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Beef Base, 2 Tbsp.
  • Garlic Cloves, 4
  • Black Peppercorns, 2 Tbsp.
  • Bay Leaves, 4
  • Baby Carrots, 10
  • Celery Stalks, 2 small
  • Onion, half
  • Water, 1 Gallon

Instructions
  1. Season Brisket with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning and let sit for 24 hours.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil until smoking hot. Add Brisket and brown on both sides. Once browned set aside.
  3. Make braising liquid. Add 2 Tbsp. beef base, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. black peppercorns, 4 bay leaves, 10 baby carrots, 2 small stalks celery, and half an onion to 1 gallon of water.
  4. Add Brisket to braising liquid, cover and cook for 4 hours at 425°. Remove Brisket, slice, and serve with Bone Suckin’ ® BBQ glaze.
