Cover a whole chicken with Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, Bone Suckin’® Cajun Seasoning & Rub, Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub or Bone Suckin’® Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Rub then sit the chicken over a ½ full can of beer on your grill and prepare to be delighted!

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Coat chicken(s) with Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub of your choice.
  3. Put ½ can of beer on grill and sit chicken on it.
  4. Cook on indirect heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reaches 165°.
  5. Let cooked chicken rest for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
