- Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 1 Jar
- Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 4 Tbsp.
- Boston Butt, 5-6 lbs.
- Rub both sides of Boston Butt with Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub. Place on grill, fat side up, to cook with indirect heat. Cook meat at 275° for 3 to 4 hours, or until meat is done.
- Baste meat with Bone Suckin’ Sauce during last 15 minutes of grilling. Remove from grill and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes prior to serving. Trim remaining fat from meat prior to serving. May be sliced or shredded and served as entree or on a bun. Apply Bone Suckin’ Sauce liberally to meat. Recipe serves 10-12.
