Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast, 2 lb., cut into bite sizes
  • —–Marinade——
  • Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce, ¼ cup
  • Lime Juice, 4 Tbsp.
  • Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Cumin, 2 tsp.
  • Coriander, 4 tsp.
  • Turmeric, 2 tsp.
  • —–Peanut Sauce—–
  • Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce, 2 tsp.
  • Onion, ⅓ cup, diced
  • Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Marinade, 5 Tbsp.
  • Brown Sugar, ¼ cup
  • Water, ½ cup, more if needed
  • Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 cup

Instructions
  1. Before cooking food, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk. Reserve 5 Tbsp. of marinade for the peanut sauce. Refrigerate marinade until chicken is skewered.
  2. Thread three to four bite size pieces of chicken onto pre-soaked (in water) skewers. Pour marinade (except reserved) over chicken and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, sauté onions in sesame oil for 5 minutes. Add Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce, reserved marinade, brown sugar and ½ cup of water. Heat to almost a boil. Take pan off heat, add peanut butter and whisk, combining all ingredients. Add more water if sauce is too thick. Cover pan and set aside. Sauce can be rewarmed slowly on stove top or in microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Heat grill to a high heat and cook chicken skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, basting with marinade. Serve with peanut sauce on the side. Recipe serves 8 to 10.
