Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’ Salsa Hot, 16 oz.
  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • ½ Cup Chopped Celery
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • 32 oz. can Refried Beans
  • 16 oz. can Chili Beans
  • 16 oz. can Pinto Beans
  • 16 oz. can Kidney Beans
  • 16 oz. jar Tomato Sauce
  • 2 packs Dry Chili Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef, onions and celery in a large chili pot. Add all other ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes and serve. If you like thinner chili, add 1 cup of water.
  2. Suggested Toppings: Chives, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream!
  3. Optional: For added heat, add 1 Tablespoon Bone Suckin’ Hiccuppin’ Hot Habanero Hot Sauce
  4. Optional: For Vegetarian Chili: Sauté onions and celery with 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil in the place of ground beef. Recipe serves 10-12.
