Bone Suckin’® Grilled Chicken and Plantains Recipe

Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style, 1 jar
  • Chicken Breast, 4, boneless with skin
  • Plantains, 3 semi-ripe (yellow-black skin), cut on diagonal into ⅓ to ½ inch thick slices
  • Olive Oil (to baste Plantains)

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat and place aluminum foil over grill.
  2. Pour ½ Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style over chicken breast, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side, basting with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style.
  4. Baste plantain slices with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and place them on the aluminum foil on the grill. Cook plantains for 4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve chicken over plantains and drizzle with the remaining Bone Suckin’ Sauce. Recipe serves 4.
