Bone Suckin’® Grilled Chicken and Plantains Recipe

Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style, 1 jar
- Chicken Breast, 4, boneless with skin
- Plantains, 3 semi-ripe (yellow-black skin), cut on diagonal into ⅓ to ½ inch thick slices
- Olive Oil (to baste Plantains)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat and place aluminum foil over grill.
- Pour ½ Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style over chicken breast, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side, basting with Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style.
- Baste plantain slices with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and place them on the aluminum foil on the grill. Cook plantains for 4 minutes per side.
- Serve chicken over plantains and drizzle with the remaining Bone Suckin’ Sauce. Recipe serves 4.
