This recipe can be made ahead of time.
Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’ Salsa, 2 Tbsp.
- Ground Beef, 3 lbs.
- Onion, 1, large
- Garlic, 2 Tbsp., minced
- Panko, ¾ cup
- Parmesan, ¾ cup, grated
- Parsley, ½ cup, chopped finely
- Eggs, 3
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Sub Rolls, 10
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Roll meat into a 1 inch ball and place on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet, repeat.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Take baking sheet out, turn the meatballs over and cook an additional 10 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce on a bun. Makes approximately 40 meatballs and they freeze beautifully. Recipe serves 10.
