Bone Suckin’® Mustard Crusted Lamb Tenderloin Recipe

Serve this recipe over Earth Family Jasmine Rice!
Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’ Sweet Hot Mustard, 1 cup
  • Panko Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
  • Lamb Tenderloins or Sirloins, 4 (about 2 lbs. of meat)
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400˚.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Bone Suckin’ Sweet/Hot Mustard and Panko into a paste. Place tenderloins on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Salt and pepper tenderloins. With your hands, take about ¼ cup of the mustard/panko paste, spread and cover top of lamb tenderloin.
  3. Place lamb in oven and bake for 25 minutes (5 minutes longer if you prefer meat well done). After cooking food, let tenderloins rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Wonderful served over Earth Family Jasmine Rice with Clarified Butter recipe. Recipe Serves 4.
