Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce, ½ cup, divided
  • Bone Suckin’ Sweet/Hot Mustard, 4 Tbsp. (optional)
  • Sirloin Steak, 2 lbs., sliced thinly*
  • Onion, 1 large, sliced thinly
  • Bell Pepper, ½, sliced thinly
  • Butter, 1 Tbsp.
  • Provolone Cheese, 8, thin slices
  • Hoagie Rolls, 4
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Slice Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull onions and peppers from skillet and set aside on a plate.
  3. Add sirloin strips to skillet and ¼ cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce. Sauté sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull meat from skillet.
  4. Preheat oven to broil. Place meat on roll, follow with onions and peppers and top with 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Broil sandwiches for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Add Bone Suckin’ Sweet/Hot Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Recipe serves 4.

Notes
*For easier slicing, freeze meat for 10 minutes.
