Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’ Seafood Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
  • Tilapia fillets, 1 lb.
  • Celery, ⅓ cup, sliced thin
  • Onion, ⅓ cup, sliced thin
  • White Wine, ½ cup

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325˚.
  2. Spread celery and onions in the bottom of a casserole dish. Before cooking food, pour white wine over vegetables.
  3. Season tilapia with Bone Suckin’ Seafood Seasoning & Rub and place, skin side down, in casserole dish.
  4. Poach Tilapia for 15 minutes or until white and flaky.
  5. Serve hot with Bone Suckin’ Seasoned Rice or steamed vegetables. Recipe serves 2.
