Ingredients
  • Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp.
  • Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce, 1 Tbsp.
  • Fingerling Potatoes, 1 lb., washed
  • Bacon, 1 lb.
  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Sour Cream, 1 (16 oz.) container
  • Rosemary, 1½ tsp.
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Before cooking food, preheat oven to 400˚.
  2. In a medium bowl, add olive oil, Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, rosemary, sea salt and pepper. Place potatoes in bowl and toss to cover in oil and spices.
  3. Put potatoes on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. When potatoes have finished cooking, set them aside for 15 minutes to let them cool.
  4. Cut bacon in half. Wrap bacon around potato and secure with a toothpick. Repeat this step until all potatoes have been wrapped. Place potatoes back onto parchment covered baking sheet. Bake potatoes for 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
  5. While potatoes are baking, mix Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce into sour cream. Stir well.
  6. Serve potatoes on a platter with the spicy dip on the side. Recipe serves 6 to 8.
