Bone Suckin’ Prime Rib is an easy and delicious family recipe!

  1. Cover Prime Rib with Kosher Salt and put in fridge for 4 hours up to overnight.
  2. Preheat oven or grill to 500°F.
  3. Remove Prime Rib from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  4. Wipe off excess salt from prime rib and then cover the prime rib with Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning.
  5. Place prime rib on rack, fat side up, above pan with bone broth in bottom and cook prime rib in oven or on grill for 30 minutes.
  6. Lower temperature to 300°F and cook prime rib for additional 75-90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135 for medium rare, 140 for medium.
  7. Take prime rib out of oven or off the grill and wrap in aluminum foil for 10 – 15 minutes to rest before carving.
