  • Bone Suckin’ Big Chunk Salsa 2 Tbsp.
  • Bone Suckin’ Hiccuppin’ Hot Habanero Sauce, 1 tsp.
  • Greek Yogurt, ½ cup
  • Scallions, 3 Tbsp., chopped finely
  • Celery, 2 Tbsp., chopped finely
  • Parsley, 1 Tbsp., finely chopped
  • Capers, 1 Tbsp., finely chopped
  • Prepared Horseradish, 1 tsp.
  • Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp.
  • Garlic, 1 tsp., finely minced

  1. Before cooking food, combine all ingredients above in a medium size bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Serve with any seafood recipe of your choosing. Recipe yields about 10 ounces.
