  1. Preheat oven to 400˚.
  2. In a resealable bag, place chops and Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub. Shake bag to coat chops well.
  3. Heat olive oil in skillet to medium high.
  4. Lay chops in skillet and sear 4 minutes per side. Lamb should have a nice brown, crusty finish.
  5. Finish chops in oven for 10 to 12 minutes for a medium well chop. Recipe serves 2.
