Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’ Poultry Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
- Swiss Chard, Rainbow or Red, rinsed thoroughly, 2 bunches
- Onion, chopped, 1 small
- Olive Oil, ¼ cup
- Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut 1 inch off the end of chard and discard. Continue to chop the stalk and set aside. Chop the rest of the leafy green chard and set aside.
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat to medium high. Toss in onions, chard stalks and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add leafy green chard and sprinkle with Bone Suckin’ Poultry Seasoning & Rub. Cook chard for 6 minutes, turning over constantly with a pair of tongs. Pull skillet off heat and let chard continue to cook a little. Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot. Recipe serves 6.
