  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 8 oz. Mushrooms.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Cut up vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  3. Combine in large bowl and drizzle ⅓ Cup Olive Oil and 3 Tsp. of Bone Suckin’ All Purpose Seasoning.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread out on two baking sheets.
  6. Roast for 20 minutes, shaking the pans at least twice.
