This recipe makes a great side dish for summer picnics. Excellent on Fried Green Tomatoes!

Serves: 6

  • Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce, 1 tsp.
  • Onion, 2, diced finely
  • Cucumber, 1 cup, seeded and finely diced
  • Mayonnaise, ½ cup
  • Rice Wine Vinegar, ½ cup
  • Chives, ¼ cup

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce, mayonnaise and rice wine vinegar. Stir in cucumbers, onions and chives.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cooking food.
  3. Serve with Fire Dancer Fried Green Tomatoes. Recipe Serves 6.
