  • Bone Suckin’ Yaki, 3 Tbsp.
  • Chicken Breast, 2, halved, pounded to ¼” thick cutlets
  • Sea Salt & Pepper, ¼ tsp. each
  • All Purpose Flour, ¼ cup
  • Butter, 1 stick, divided into tablespoons
  • White Wine, ⅓ cup
  • Lemon Juice, ¼ cup
  • Capers, 2 Tbsp.
  • Fresh Parsley, ¼ cup, chopped

  1. Before cooking food, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Using a medium bowl dredge in flour. Shake off excess.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet on medium-high. Add Chicken. Sauté 2 minutes per side, adding remaining butter to skillet as needed. Set chicken aside.
  3. Add wine to skillet and stir while scraping up brown bits in skillet. Bring mixture to a boil. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, capers and Bone Suckin’ Yaki. Return Chicken to Skillet. Cook 4 more minutes. Sprinkle chicken with parsley before serving. Recipe serves 4.
