  1. Before cooking food, in a high sided skillet, add enough oil to fill the skillet about ¾ of an inch deep. Heat the oil to 375˚. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. In a separate sauce pan, melt butter. Add Hot Bone Suckin’ Sauce and Bone Suckin’ Hiccuppin’ Hot Habanero Sauce to melted butter. Reduce heat to low and simmer.
  3. Fry wings in batches until they are golden brown on each side (about 10 minutes.) Remove wings and let drain on paper towels.
  4. Submerge wings into Bone Suckin’ Sauce mixture. When thoroughly coated, remove wings from sauce and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake wings in oven at 350˚ for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and return to sauce pan. Turn wings over once. Drain.
  6. Pour Bone Suckin’ Yaki over half of the wings and serve. See which ones go first! Recipe serves 6.

Notes
Additional Sides – Carrots, 1 lb., cut into 4″ sticks and Celery, 1 stalk, cut into 4″ sticks
