Bone Suckin'® Cajun and Steak Rub Beef Jerky

If you combine Bone Suckin'® Cajun Seasoning & Rub with Bone Suckin'® Steak Seasoning & Rub and apply the mixture to some thinly sliced beef before you dehydrate it, the result will be very flavorful jerky!
  1. Cut beef into 3 inch portions.
  2. Cover meat with rub mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat dehydrator to 160°.
  4. Place meat on dehydrator racks.
  5. Cook for 5 hours or until done.
