This recipe makes rack of lamb taste steak-licious! Another version of an elegant, any night dinner.
  1. Score back of rack in crisscross pattern, using sharp knife.
  2. Cover rack with Bone Suckin'® Steak Seasoning & Rub.
  3. Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Grill on indirect heat or cook in oven at 500° for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes until lamb reaches 135°-140° internal temperature.
