Bone Suckin' Beer Can Chicken

Cover a whole chicken with Bone Suckin'® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, then sit the chicken over a ½ can of beer on your grill and prepare to be delighted!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat at about 375 degrees F.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Coat chicken with Bone Suckin' Chicken Seasoning.
  4. Pour 2 Tablespoons of Bone Suckin' Chicken Seasoning in ½ can of beer, place on grill & sit chicken on it.
  5. Cook on indirect heat for about 1 hour & 15 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reaches 165°.
  6. Let cooked chicken rest for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
