Generously coat a rack of lamb with Bone Suckin' Steak Seasoning & Rub and bake in your oven for a deliciously simple meal.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Remove membrane from back of rack of lamb.
  3. Rub 2 tbsp. Bone Suckin'® Steak Seasoning & Rub on each side of rack of lamb.
  4. Let meat sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook on wire rack over a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 10.
  7. Flip, bake 15 minutes.
  8. Flip, Bake 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
