Serves: 12

  • 1½ cups Bone Suckin’ Mustard
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup beer
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Bone Suckin’ Habanero Hot sauce
  • 1½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1½ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 3 lbs. prepared pulled pork barbecue

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Bring to simmer (do not boil, otherwise the sugar will scorch). Continue to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to simmer for an additional 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour mixture into an air tight jar and refrigerate overnight*.
  5. Pour sauce over cooked barbecue and heat through. Serve barbecue on a roll or all by itself. Enjoy! Recipe serves 12.

* Best if you refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend, but it is not necessary.
