Bone Suckin' Corn Pudding
Bone Suckin' Habanero Sauce, 3 tsp.
Corn, 4 to 6 Ears shucked
All Purpose Flour, 1 cup
Heavy Cream, 1 cup
Whole Milk, 1/4 cup
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
Heat the grill to a medium heat or prepare charcoal grill with medium hot coals. Coat Corn with Bone Suckin' Mustard and place the Corn on the grill.
Grill corn for about 12 minutes. Take off of grill and let cool. After the Corn cools, cut it off of the cob and place in a bowl and add 1/4 Heavy Cream.
In a large bowl, lightly beat Eggs, beat in Flour, Cream, Milk, Bone Suckin' Habanero Sauce and Salt and Pepper. Pour mixture into a 2 qt baking dish that has been coated with a non-stick spray. Bake 350˚ for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. This is just plain old comfort food and it is an easy side to most any dish. It is sooooo good! Serves 4.
