Bone Suckin' Grilled Okra
Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
Okra, 1 lb., stems cut
Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
Place all of the above ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Shake thoroughly to assure that the okra is coated. Place the okra on the grill and turn frequently. Cook on the grill for 5 minutes. The okra should be soft, but firm to the touch. Serves 4.
