Bone Suckin' Steak Kabobs

Prep Time: 20 mins.
Cook Time: 10 mins.


Ingredients:

Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub, 1/2 cup
Bone Suckin' Sauce, 1 cup (1/2 cup for basting and 1/2 cup for dipping)
Sirloin Steak, 2 lbs. cubed
Red Pepper, 1 seeded and quartered
Zucchini, 1, 1 inch slices
Scallions 6, bulbs trimmed and 1inch long
Baby Bella Mushrooms whole 1pkg. (8 oz.)
Yellow Squash, 2 small, sliced 1 inch
Roma Tomatoes, 2 quartered
Wooden Skewers, 6 soaked in water for 15 min.
Directions:

Be sure to leave room to hold on to the skewer. Start with a vegetable of your choice, skewer the vegetable and then sirloin, repeating this with different vegetables until the skewer is full. Sprinkle with the Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub and baste the Kebobs with Bone Suckin' Sauce. Grill for 10 minutes on each side and continue basting. Let the Kebobs rest for 5 min., before serving. Use Bone Suckin' Sauce for dipping. Serves 6.
