Bone Suckin' Wild Rice
Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning. 2 Tbsp.
Wild Rice, 1 pkg.
Chicken Broth, 1, 32oz. container
Butter, 2 Tbsp.
Red Pepper, 1/4 cup chopped
Scallions, 1/4 cup chopped
Mushrooms, 8 oz. sliced
Follow the directions on the pkg. of wild rice, except when the directions call for water, substitute, chicken broth. While the rice is beginning to cook, sauté the vegetables in butter and Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning in a small saucepan until the vegetables are soft, this should take about 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
When rice is done add butter, Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning and vegetables to rice and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4-6.
