Bone Suckin' Yaki Broccoli
Bone Suckin' Yaki, 4 Tbsp.
Rice Vinegar, 2 Tbsp.
Oriental Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp.
Broccoli Florets, 10 cups
Sesame Seeds, 1/2 cup
Whisk Bone Suckin' Yaki Sauce, vinegar and oil in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Steam broccoli florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes and set aside to cool.Stir sesame seeds in a heavy skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Mix broccoli and half of the sesame seeds into Yaki dressing. Let marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, tossing occasionally. Transfer the broccoli to a platter and pour the dressing over the broccoli and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Serves 6.
