Bone Suckin' Hot Salsa, 1/2 cup
Blue Cheese, 1/4 cup, crumbled
Sour Cream, 4 Tbsp.
Avocados, 2 ripe, peeled and stone removed
Parsley, 3 Tbsp., finely chopped
Lime Juice, 2 Tbsp.
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
In a medium bowl blend sour cream and blue cheese together well. Add avocados, Bone Suckin' Hot Salsa, parsley, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. This is best served immediately, however, if made ahead of time, cover well, and then stir before serving. Serves 6.
