Rub a whole chicken with Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub Hot, Chicken, Cajun or Lemon Pepper and cook over a 1/2 can of beer on your grill until bird is 165° and ENJOY!

  1. Preheat the grill to medium high heat at about 375 degrees F.
  2. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Coat the chicken with Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning.
  4. Pour 2 Tablespoons of Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning in 1/2 can of beer, place on grill & sit chicken on it.
  5. Cook on indirect heat for about 1 hour & 15 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reaches 165° F.
  6. Let the cooked chicken rest for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
