  • Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp.
  • Flank Steak, 1, 1 lb.
  • Cilantro, ¼ cup, chopped
  • Cumin, 1 tsp.
  • Chili Powder, 1 tsp.
  • Oregano, 1 tsp.
  • Lime, 2 whole, juiced
  • Orange, 1 whole, juiced
  • Beef Broth, 8 oz.
  • —–SALAD—–
  • Romaine Lettuce, 1 head, torn
  • Mixed Greens, 1 bag
  • Roma Tomatoes, 3, sliced or wedged
  • Avocados, 2, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • Red Onions, ½, sliced thin
  • Yellow Pepper, ½, sliced thin
  • Crumbled Blue Cheese, 4 oz.

  1. In a resealable bag, combine Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, oregano, lime juice, orange juice and beef broth. Place steak in bag and marinate for least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Divide mixture onto four dinner plates.
  3. Remove steak from marinade and place on grill. Grill 7 minutes per side.
  4. Slice steak on the diagonal into thin strips. Serve warm or cold over salad. Serve with Bone Suckin’ Blue Cheese Dressing and sprinkle with with Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub. Recipe serves 4.
