In a 13 x 9 baking dish, stir together Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, polenta, water, sea salt and oil.
Bake for 1 hour.
Melt butter in microwave and stir in parmesan cheese. Add parmesan/butter to polenta and stir. Smooth polenta with a spoon. Bake for 30 additional minutes. Turn oven to broil. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Serves 6.
