Place chicken in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hrs.
In a stockpot, melt butter on a medium low setting. Once butter is melted, add in Bone Suckin’ Chicken Seasoning & Rub, flour, sea salt, and pepper. Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly. While the mixture is bubbling, keep stirring for about 2 or 3 minutes. Add in the chicken broth and stir well. The sauce will thicken a little. Let simmer while you are preparing chicken.
When chicken is done, pull out from crock pot and shred with two forks. Put all of the shredded chicken into stockpot. Add the dumplings into the stockpot and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, constantly stirring. Bring heat to a simmer and serve. Recipe serves 6.
