Easy crock pot recipe!

Serves: 4-6

  • Bone Suckin’ Chicken Seasoning, 1 Tbsp.
  • Chicken Breast, 4
  • Tarragon, 1 Tbsp.
  • Granny Smith Apple, 1 diced
  • Pecan Pieces or Almond Slices, ½ cup, lightly toasted
  • Celery, 1 cup, finely diced
  • Red Grapes, 1 cup, halved
  • Pineapple Juice, ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Place chicken in a crock pot with just enough water to cover chicken breast. Add Bone Suckin’ Chicken Rub. Cook on low 4 hours 15 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken to cutting board. Shred or cut up chicken and place in a large mixing bowl. Add pineapple juice and set aside. Cut up apples, celery, and grapes. Add with tarragon and nuts to chicken and mix well. Stir in mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste. Recipe serves 4-6.
