Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
  • Chicken Breast, 4
  • Tarragon, 1 Tbsp.
  • Granny Smith Apple, 1 diced
  • Pecan Pieces or Almond Slices, 1/2 cup, lightly toasted
  • Celery, 1 cup, finely diced
  • Red Grapes, 1 cup, halved
  • Pineapple Juice, 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a crock pot with just enough water to cover the chicken breast. Add the Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub. Cook on low 4 hours 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the chicken to the cutting board. Shred or cut up the chicken and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the pineapple juice and set aside. Cut up the apples, celery, and grapes. Add with tarragon and nuts to the chicken and mix well. Stir in the mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste. Recipe serves 4-6. Enjoy!
