  • Chicken Breast, 2 lb., cut into bite sizes
  • —–Marinade——
  • Bone Suckin’® Yaki® Sauce, 1/4 cup
  • Lime Juice, 4 Tbsp.
  • Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Cumin, 2 tsp.
  • Coriander, 4 tsp.
  • Turmeric, 2 tsp.
  • —–Peanut Sauce—–
  • Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce, 2 tsp.
  • Onion, 1/3 cup, diced
  • Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Marinade, 5 Tbsp.
  • Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup
  • Water, 1/2 cup, more if needed
  • Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 cup

  1. Before cooking the food, combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk. Reserve 5 Tbsp. of marinade for the peanut sauce. Refrigerate the marinade until the chicken is skewered.
  2. Thread three to four bite size pieces of chicken onto the pre-soaked (in water) skewers. Pour the marinade (except reserved) over the chicken and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. In a medium saucepan, sauté the onions in sesame oil for 5 minutes. Add Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce, reserved marinade, brown sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Heat to almost a boil. Take the pan off heat, add peanut butter and whisk, combining all of the ingredients. Add more water if the sauce is too thick. Cover the pan and set aside. Sauce can be rewarmed slowly on the stove top or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Heat the grill to a high heat and cook the chicken skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, basting with marinade. Serve with peanut sauce on the side. Recipe serves 8 to 10. Enjoy!
