The Bone Suckin Thicker Style is awesome on baby backs, using the 3-2-1 method, on the smoker. Smoke uncovered at 225 for 3hrs. Wrap in foil for 2hrs. Then coat the ribs in a good local honey and the Bone Suckin Thicker Style for the last hour, basting every 15min. End result is some of the very best ribs you will ever eat.
