Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’® Sauce , 1 jar, 16 oz.
  • Chicken Breast, 4, boneless with skin
  • Plantains, 3 semi-ripe (yellow-black skin), cut on diagonal into 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick slices
  • Olive Oil (to baste Plantains)

Instructions

  1. Before cooking the food, preheat the grill to medium high heat and place aluminum foil over the grill.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the Bone Suckin’® Sauce over the chicken breast, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side, basting with Bone Suckin’® Sauce.
  4. Baste the plantain slices with olive oil, sea salt and pepper and place them on the aluminum foil on the grill. Cook the plantains for 4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
  5. Serve the chicken over the plantains and drizzle with the remaining Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Recipe serves 4. Enjoy!
