Ingredients

Scale
  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Regular or Hot, 1/2 cup
  • Flour Tortillas, 6
  • Pineapple, 1/2, cut into slices
  • Chicken Breast, 2, pounded flat
  • Monterey Jack/Cheddar Blend Cheese, 3 cups, grated
  • Jalapeno, 1, cut in half length wise and seeded
  • Cilantro, 1/4 cup
  • Wooden Skewers, 6, soaked in water for at least 15 min.

  • 2 TbspBone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub
  • 2 ripe chopped Avocados
  • 1 chopped Roma tomato
  • ¼ cup chopped red onions
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. ground pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium high.
  2. In a resealable bag, place the chicken breast and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce.
  3. Skewer the pineapple slices length wise on wooden skewers, lay them on the grill with jalapeño slices and baste with the remaining Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Grill 5 minutes per side. When done, remove from the grill and set aside on a cutting board.
  4. Lay the chicken on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side. When done, remove from the grill and set aside on a cutting board.
  5. Place the tortillas on the grill and top with cheese. Let the tortillas cook for 3 minutes (the cheese should start to melt slightly). While the tortillas are cooking, slice the chicken, pineapple and jalapeños into thin slices.
  6. Pull the tortillas from the grill and top 3 tortillas with chicken, pineapple, jalapeños and cilantro. Cover the topped tortillas with the remaining cheese tortillas and slice with a pizza cutter. Serve with Bone Suckin’® Guacamole (see below for recipe). and Greek Yogurt. Recipe serves 3 to 4. Enjoy!
