- Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
- Okra, 1 lb., stems cut
- Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
- Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Before cooking food, place all of the above ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Shake thoroughly to assure that the okra is coated. Place the okra on the grill and turn frequently. Cook on the grill for 5 minutes. The okra should be soft, but firm to the touch. Recipe serves 4.
