Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp.
  • Red Bell Pepper, 1
  • Yellow Bell Pepper, 1
  • Butter, 1 Stick
  • Roma Tomatoes, 4
  • Red Onion, 1
  • Asparagus, 1 bunch
  • White Onion, 1

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to high, no flames. Before cooking food, wash all vegetables. Slice onions into 1/4 inch wide rings. Quarter bell peppers and leave tomatoes whole. Cut 2 inches off the bottom of asparagus and place all of the vegetables onto grill. Place slices of butter onto the onions and asparagus. The skins of tomatoes and the bell peppers will start to char, this is a good thing.
  2. Sprinkle Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub over vegetables. Watch vegetables and make sure they do not burn. Grill about 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Recipe serves 4.
