  • Bone Suckin’ Salsa, 2 Tbsp.
  • Ground Beef, 3 lbs.
  • Onion, 1, large
  • Garlic, 2 Tbsp., minced
  • Panko, ¾ cup
  • Parmesan, ¾ cup, grated
  • Parsley, ½ cup, chopped finely
  • Eggs, 3
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Sub Rolls, 10

  1. Before cooking food, preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Roll meat into a 1 inch ball and place on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet, repeat.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Take baking sheet out, turn the meatballs over and cook an additional 10 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce on a bun. Makes approximately 40 meatballs and they freeze beautifully. Recipe serves 10.
