  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. Remove the membrane from back of the rack of lamb.
  3. Rub 2 tbsp. of Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub on each side of the rack of lamb.
  4. Let the meat sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook on a wire rack over a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip, then bake 15 minutes.
  8. Flip, then Bake 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
