Bone Suckin’® Pad Kao

  • Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub, 2 Tbsp.
  • Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp.
  • Garlic, 1 clove
  • Egg, 1 whole
  • White Meat Chicken, ½ cup, blanched
  • Peas and Carrots Mix, ¼ cup
  • White Onion, ¼ cup, sliced
  • Jasmine Rice, 2 cups, cooked
  • Raisins, ¼¼ cup
  • Cashews, ¼ cup
  • Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp.
  • Cucumbers, ½ cup, thinly sliced for garnish

  1. Saute the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until just translucent. Add the egg and scramble until fully cooked.
  2. Add the blanched chicken, peas and carrots. Mix with the egg until fully incorporated.
  3. Turn the heat up to high and add the onion, raisins, cashews, rice and Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub. Stir all ingredients together until fully mixed.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir all ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasonings as appropriate. Remove from heat. Garnish with cucumbers and serve immediately
