Bone Suckin’® Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

- Slice the Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in the skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull the onions and peppers from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- Add the sirloin strips to the skillet and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Sauté the sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull the meat from the skillet.
- Preheat the oven to broil. Place the meat on a roll, follow with the onions and peppers and top with 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Broil the sandwiches for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Add Bone Suckin’® Sweet/Spicy Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Recipe serves 4.
*For easier slicing, freeze meat for 10 minutes.
