Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’® Sauce, 1/2 cup, divided
  • Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, 4 Tbsp. (optional)
  • Sirloin Steak, 2 lbs., sliced thinly*
  • Onion, 1 large, sliced thinly
  • Bell Pepper, 1/2, sliced thinly

  • Provolone Cheese, 8, thin slices
  • Hoagie Rolls, 4
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in the skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull the onions and peppers from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  3. Add the sirloin strips to the skillet and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Sauté the sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull the meat from the skillet.

Broil the sandwiches for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Add Bone Suckin’® Sweet/Spicy Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Recipe serves 4.

Notes
