Bone Suckin’® Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

Bone Suckin’ Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

This Philly Cheesesteak is one of our steak recipes, perfect for game day!

  1. Slice the Sirloin Steak very thinly and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers in the skillet on medium high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pull the onions and peppers from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  3. Add the sirloin strips to the skillet and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Sauté the sirloin strips for 5 minutes or longer for well done meat. Pull the meat from the skillet.
  4. Preheat the oven to broil. Place the meat on a roll, follow with the onions and peppers and top with 2 slices of provolone per sandwich. Broil the sandwiches for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Add Bone Suckin’® Sweet/Spicy Mustard, sea salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Recipe serves 4.

*For easier slicing, freeze meat for 10 minutes.
