Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’® Seafood Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
- Tilapia fillets, 1 lb.
- Celery, 1/3 cup, sliced thin
- Onion, 1/3 cup, sliced thin
- White Wine, ½ cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325˚ F.
- Spread the celery and the onions in the bottom of a casserole dish. Before cooking food, pour white wine over the vegetables.
- Season the tilapia with Bone Suckin’® Seafood Seasoning & Rub. Then, place the tilapia, skin side down, in the casserole dish.
- Poach the Tilapia for 15 minutes or until it is white and flaky.
- Serve hot with Bone Suckin’® Seasoned Rice or steamed vegetables. Recipe serves 2.
