Bone Suckin’® Poached Tilapia Recipe

Poached Tilapia is a delicious seafood recipe!



  1. Preheat the oven to 325˚ F.
  2. Spread the celery and the onions in the bottom of a casserole dish. Before cooking food, pour white wine over the vegetables.
  3. Season the tilapia with Bone Suckin’® Seafood Seasoning & Rub. Then, place the tilapia, skin side down, in the casserole dish.
  4. Poach the Tilapia for 15 minutes or until it is white and flaky.
  5. Serve hot with Bone Suckin’® Seasoned Rice or steamed vegetables. Recipe serves 2.
