  1. Score back of rack in crisscross pattern, using sharp knife.
  2. Optional* Cover rack of lamb with honey and fresh garlic.
  3. Cover rack with Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub.
  4. Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Grill on indirect heat or cook in oven at 500° for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes until lamb reaches 135°-140° internal temperature.
