  1. Preheat oven to 275 F, season steaks with Bone Suckin’ Steak Seasoning & Rub and then put steaks on a foil wrapped cookie sheet and place in oven.
  2. Cook to internal temp of 125 F degrees. Take them out and rest them for 15 minutes.
  3. While steaks are resting, heat a cast iron skillet (or grill if using one) to as hot as you can get it. Sear the steaks for about 1 minute per side.
  4. Enjoy!
